Many players overlook Fighting Spirit. I always thought it was one of the most important skill for any position. Forwards with FS will often outrun defender that is in close physical contact, while without they will fail mostly

Great video, what about skills like rising and dipping shots for strikers? Are they worth it? And does a skill like Marseille turn makes a difference when used on low skilled dribbling strikers like Shevchenko. I know it works on Dybala, but he has high dribbling and tight possession stats.

I play CF with boot kissing messi and I very often find myself alone against the keeper, it really useful instead of "weighed pass" for him as CF in my opinion

Sliding tackle is much less important than the other defensive skills. Captaincy is useless cos it's highly unlikely for your team to lack a player with captaincy skill. Even multiple on most occasions and capaincy skill only works when you captain that player. So it's important but not particularly important for your defender to have if your keeper or midfielders or attackers have it. Man marking is where i am confused because I always thought it's so important

It does sort of affect the crosses… especially if you’re crossing with a weak foot or outside foot, weighted pass gives the ball back spin and low low lofted influences the trajectory and pin point is for accuracy. You won’t notice much of a difference on the stronger foot but if you switch the play or cross with the outside foot, you’ll get a delicious pass.

The same question is what if i put one DF fullback as a CB. Will he stay behind as he would have done if i put him in his nature position?
