- Why your furniture may be damaged upon delivery. Customer service blames the driver for everything but the trailers are loaded out of sequence & present safety hazards.
I have pictures and videos of my trailers looking worst than that . Sorry for the customer but we just cut the straps and let the wall fall . Whatever got broken got exchanged .I wasn’t going to climb on top of boxes because they overloaded my trailer for express delivery, yeah my mornings started out bad with rooms to go . Only reason I stayed is because I relocated to Tennessee and got them to pay me $750 per day for 3 years then I moved on to better things. After so much of the horrible trailer conditions and charge backs you get tired of rooms to go and some crazy customers might I add
Saw an RTG trailer this Saturday. Shit looked like a pigsty.
Several years ago I got a bedroom set from them which was delivered with a busted headboard. THey put it in saying it would be replaced and that it was only cosmetic. A week later the bed fell apart with me in it. They didn't want to take it back but after I called the BBB they did. What a POS!

Their whole operation is a big cluster fuck. NO management. I made good money but even that was NOT worth the fucking aggravation!
