Looks are so deceiving with this house. Outside looks good, step inside, it's a death trap. Very Sketchy Brent. Is a beautiful sight with all that fresh snow. We ain't got snow here in Toronto. Take care.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I think I said oooohh be careful a few times through this one 😅. Thank you for giving us great tours and for venturing out in -20 for all of us warm and cozy viewers ❤
One day I hope to see England's countryside. Love rainy misty days, don't get much of that here. Love Eastern Ontario for its Victorian influence. Not the same in Western Canada.
Poor little critter. Crazy how people can live in a place like that and be so unappreciative of the beauty of nature around them that they turn themselves into drug zombies who don't take even minimal care of their home. You always try to find the beauty in abandoned homes to show at the end of your explores, but this one was a struggle! Thank you for braving the cold and that dangerous floor!
I would not have ventured out in that weather. I would have been afraid something would happen and freeze to death. I dont know how squatters would survive in that weather with no heat.
Hi Brent..... 😊 Missed you recently. I bet the weather has been rough over there? Please do be careful 'cos we prefer you in one piece. The decay in that first room was absolutely amazing and almost beautiful in its effect. How on earth these homes get abandoned and left for so long is beyond me. Thanks for sharing. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful Canadian snow and sky. It's almost balmy in comparison here in Somerset England (near Glastonbury) Will keep enjoying your vlogs as long as you keep filming for us. My favourite explorer. Much love Janice 🇬🇧 xxx
Wow…I’m getting good and bad juju on this house….but the decay is stunning…..thank you for posting in the frigid cold for ur viewers…another great find….😀👋
You are by far my favorite explorer. Always give history facts and smooth with the camera and simply a good guy. Thank you for all these entertainmenting vids
Wow! Incredible decay and horrible damage on the inside! You could not see that from the outside! Beautiful snow! I’m so grateful that you took precautions on this abandoned house! Thank you Brent for taking the time to explore this one!! Take care always ❤
It looks so beautiful there with all fresh snowfall on the ground and on the tree branches. Yes. It definitely looks a lot nicer on the outside than it does on the inside. So sad.
what do you think Gordon Ramsey would have said about that kitchen? "Bloody Hell" lol. although not very aesthetically pleasing, that wall with all the peeling paint had a really cool texture looked to it. Another great video .
With it's patchy mish mash of remodels and division, this place was far ugly before abandonment. Whatever makes the most money for a lazy landlord I guess, not even fit for a cat. (Maybe that was what the dead animal was) Thanks for the tour Brent! 👍🤠 🇺🇸
Hello, wow, yes be careful in this home. It was nice to watch this video and I enjoyed watching it. It is beautiful there with the snow for sure. Wonder if that place will fall down in time or finally be torn down? I wish good health and luck to you in your life. I'm looking forward to watching more of your videos. Take care and safe and happy exploring to you. ---Jeffrey Hull Jr. (Jeff age 56)
This has a very specific feel to it. Someone thinks they can manage a rental property, that property goes beyond what they can handle, they try to reclaim it as a single family, but then realize it's too far gone, so squatters take over and utilize it. The original owner just gives up and walks away. It's sucky, but, at the same time, given the amount of snow around, it probably saved the lives of many an addict, and maybe some of them went on to recover, and the only reason they lived is because they had this shelter. It's sad all around, but I hope something positive may have come from it.
Whoa! That was a egg shell explore. Be careful for sure, but love the explore! You said, "Definitely a teardown", I chuckled a little and thought, this place is tearing itself down. LOL.
That place was so creepy. Definitely not a fixer upper. Thanks for venturing out into the frozen tundra for your viewers, its greatly appreciated. Also I love your smile at the beginning of each video when you say "lets go explore" :o)
Brent I really wished you'd wear some kind of protection for breathing. There's alot of mold in there. Thank you for taking us along on your adventure. Looking forward to seeing more of your awesome finds Brent🤗
You can't tell by looking at it from the outside how much it's falling apart. People who lived there must have been glad to have found a nice place. The landlord probably gave up on maintenance for some reason. 😔
Thanks for taking your life in your hands to film this place! I’m glad you didn’t hang around long! I don’t think I’ve ever seen a floor so thin as that one upstairs! You would’ve gotten hurt if you fell down there! Not much to see as far as personal property except garbage and used needles on the floor but they are always interesting! Hope you’ve warmed up by now! ❤
Abandoned Urbex Canada thanks for sharing that video with me Brent i was very concerned because i didn't want to see you get hurt in that house every time you went into one of the rooms i was worried that you was going to fall through but i was you didn't you was being very careful and God Bless and thanks again.
Wow,,,big place looks ok from outside Inside is crazy I'm glad your safe it looked scary to walk around Thank you for showing us We got alot of snow pass 2 days and it's still coming down
Brent please don't get upset but wish you would have someone with you when you explore,,for safety,,thank you as always for your hard work great vodeo😊video sorry for typo
Great find Bret! Beautiful Canada, miss the snow so much. Wow you took a chance filming here!! It's funny, from the outside it's looks ok,going by you might not think it was abandoned.I bet it once was pretty,to bad it ended this way.Great scenery, thanks for going out of your way to share with us💯👍🏼😎
Snow covered outside flaws with beauty. Even though the place is destroyed, I really enjoyed the confetti colored peeling paint in the dead animal room!
I can tell the landlord was very cheap electric heat. Probably had the tenants pay for it. Electric heat is very easy and cheap to install but very very expensive to maintain and pay for probably why no one wanted to live in that place.
Another great explore Brent. You don’t have to go out in freezing weather to entertain us. Can’t believe how the paint peels off the walls. It’s crazy weather in N California very windy and rainy. Go home and get warm. ❤️

@@AbandonedUrbexCanada Have you ever encountered people during these exploring videos? Squatters, or others?
@@risboturbide9396 yes! A few times

I like that expression - the stove and fridge are on their way downstairs. It must have been a nice place when it was first built.
Nice explore as always! Amazing how decayed that house has become as it doesn't look like it's been abandoned for all that long. Enjoyed watching!
Thank you!
No abandoned house is complete unless it has at least one old, obsolete, (and usually battered) TV inside!
The decay on this one is freakin unbelievable. Dud....be careful (although I know you are, had to say it anyway)😮
You are by far my favorite explorer. Always give history facts and smooth with the camera and simply a good guy. Thank you for all these entertainmenting vids

Canada is beautiful when the snow gathers. Especially on the pine trees. Love the seasons...miss Ontario.

Fascinating explore. Also a little sad in a way, with housing shortages. I often wonder about the lives of people who lived here and what happened.
You're very courageous, doing these exploring videos. 🍻🍻
Short video but worth to watch❤. Thanks Brent😍

The music on this was very ad, perfect for this poor old house that someone must have loved - at some point. Thanks!
What a place. So worried you’d fall through the floor. The snow is beautiful. Thank you for braving the cold❤
A shame. This is not old. Maybe built within the past 20 or 30 years? Probably not much older. Too far gone for rehab.

Hey thanks Jeff, glad you enjoyed my video
Snowstorm outside and possibly a Snowstorm inside the Stash is there somewhere 🎉😮😅
🤣
Amazing, the house looked pretty nice from the outside. Not so nice inside, what a mess. Thanks, Brett

That roof obviously sprung a few leaks. Mold and wet rot gets really bad when there is no heat inside.
Definitely needs a little TLC… or a match!
Some way to preserve that peeling paint...possibly spray urethane would make it hard enough to use as clothing hooks.

OMG what a mess- I hope you're very very careful in places like this. Very sad to see the place like this!
Amazing amount of decay in the place. Was there any calendars or newspapers telling what the last year of occupancy was?
What a shame! I really hate to see such beautiful homes in such decay. These homes should be saved. Someone would've loved it & taken care of it.
Yikes! I hope that wasn't a meth house. But the black mold and needles were bad enough I guess.

When was this filmed?
Not long ago
Someone will probably demolish the house and clear out all the trees. Sad.

Yes it’s very expensive to heat a home with electric heat
Yes I agree, a real slease bucket.
(Maybe he/she/it reads this)
Unless in Quebec, electricity is cheap there.
Did you peek in the basement?
No basement just crawl space
Kawarthas? Or much further?
2 hours north of there
