Oi tech reviewer, you can't charge a phone 2-3 times with a 10000 mah powerbank. Most powerbanks advertised as 10000 has actual rated capacity close to 7000 mah. If the powerbank also has great protection circuits, it may drop down to even below 6000 mah rated capacity, like you see with mi powerbanks. So, MAX you can charge a phone 1.3 times.
