I always fold my Sensei's hakama :) In our Dojo, one of the etiquettes is that "Never let your Sensei folds his own hakama"

I ordered a Kendogi in size three from your website, but I was shipped a size four. I'm not too upset about it, because the size four fits kind of big, and the sleeves are long, which I like. Is there any de facto place the sleeve should hit your forearm? Being big, this kendogi falls around 2 inches from my wrist, but the Sensei's seems to fall around 4 or 5 inches from his wrist.
