@@Atiqi.She's most likely a competitive eater they can massively expand their stomach and have no gag reflex so they don't really have to chew as much to swallow. I believe they throw it up after most of the time after. Though I'm sure most of these people although appearing thin are most likely to struggle health wise in the future.
