I registered and was able to select my country the UK. Once in, you have to fill out your name etc to sign up for the waiting list. When choosing country in this list, the UK is not on there. We don't get access. I mean we are the only country not on the list. What is with that?

I think a 1 minute video would take like 1 hour to finish. Meaning it may take an ungoddly amount of time to finish (like around 70 days straight)

It's getting Interesting, I can imagine the use of this video generator to create free cherry pick B-roll
one thing I feel tech people talking about ai and artistic creativity is they keep forgetting about one thing. Artistic creativity is not about improvement is about creation. The difference between art and technology is that unlike technology there is no improvement seeking. When you look at the technology from 1960 you can tell clearly that the technology we have now is much better, but you couldn't say that all the movies or fashion collections from the current times are better than those made in the 20th century because that is not how art works,that is how Technology works. Another thing being dismissed is that art and cretivity is not only about having a good idea, but taking control over it and going in a creative journey in the process of making it. You can ask ai to imagine a black flower with purple spikes but how you imagine it (the size, the shades of purple, the position of the flower...) that's what makes art enjoyable for the creator. I believe art will nit die as long as there is a public for it because quite frankly art is not necessary for survival so the only reason we have artists is beacause we want to be artist and people want to have artists. Art is a beautiful way to express our particukar humanity.

"Stars streaking past" That actually never happens, since the stars are so far away even if the spaceship travels close to the speed of light. Even though planets or asteroids are close enough, they are normally too small or dark to be seen. So the AI did the right thing and your expectation was incorrect.

Sora is way superior at present.
It all looks good at first sight, but wondering why those Creatives are so positive about it. The future Job will be a good "Prompt writer," nothing else. But with Chat GPT 10 , the smart and detailed Promt´s will be done by that, it will be a loop… I predict 80% of all creatives, artists , actors, speakers, producers, writers etc. wont be needed anymore. The Tech companies start to fire some of their educated staff already. Replaced by AI .. Thats the Irony.
