Super nice design but that’s pretty small for the 1mil in that location. And garden bedrooms really a minus. Especially for an old building likely causing allergies and mold, not good to breath that in every night sleeping in a basement
Good for you but when you selling it don't sell it for a million because people don't want a duplex down where you could get shot just sitting in your house.
I love the loft but NOT the closeups of this Realtor .....its about the PROPERTY not the Realtor ....Is he auditioning for something ? Not watching anymore of this Realtors presentations
