Project Climate Change - Adventure with Purpose
Pakistan is one of the top 10 countries in the world where global warming is going to impact the most. During the recent years the world's temperature has increased to around 1.2 degree Celsius and we are witnessing flash floods, high sea levels, heat waves, landslides and much more.
The situation is much devastated than it was anticipated. Imagine if only 1.2 degree change in our climate can do this much of a damage, what can a climate change of about 3 or 4 degree will do? A majority of the land will go under water, millions of people will become homeless. Unfertile lands and unbearable living conditions. This is the crash course where we are headed right now.
In these situations, the time to act is NOW. Therefore me and my husband decided to embark another motorcycle journey through which we hope to create an awareness on this silent disaster that is knocking on our doors.
We want people to reduce their carbon footprint by slightly changing the way they live their lives and leave a better and sustainable planet for the generations to come.
