I must admit I've heard of this guy, but listening to him talk about doing his job with pride and integrity is inspiring. He CHOSE to stay on the Frontline, where he doesn't get a lunch break, can't just go use the restroom whenever, and sees demanding 👀 (faces) everyday, and that's not including the crazies! Got to give this man his props and a SAFETY BONUS (Annually) on top of that Marta! And don't charge him $10 for chicken and waffles at the garage either, he's earned his chicken and the damn waffles on the house! Where's the syrup 😂! Long live the Kang!
Nice! Our top seniority operator is being celebrated this week too....he's been in service for 48 years and our buses are flashing his congratulations across our destination signs. I love to see this. Congratulations to Mr. Dumas!
This is a pretty amazing accomplishment for Mr. Dumas and a role model to all coach operators. A great career of having the 'right stuff. An example of the ultimate professional. Congratulations on a 50 year career and still going strong. The city of Atlanta is lucky to have someone like you providing transportation for its citizens.
You can see that the people display a bit of emotion when speaking about Mr. Dumas. I think that speaks highly of Mr. Dumas and is a huge compliment to his years of service.

Congratulations! When we first moved back to Atlanta and I went to Georgia State University, I would ride buses just to sightsee and learn which route went where. So I probably rode your bus at some point. I was a regular on the 25 N Peachtree while living at home, but I lived all over metro Atlanta over 25 years of riding. I miss living in Atlanta, and I sure miss taking MARTA!

If only our struggling, failing system here in Massachustts called the MBTA could highlight such and individual our system in return would probably attract the right dedicated and such talented professional candidates.
