I have arthritis in my spine, sadly. For me an indoor water feature is a Must. This design would work perfectly. But what is the outer most container? Is that some kind of cement box? I need something that is not going to splash on the floor. Which I think I can build the sides up just a wee bit taller. but the beauty and function .. look like a solution for my place.

I normally don't like inorganic looking waterfall/pond features, but this looked pretty cool and seemed inexpensive too. Nicely done!

Its most likely DIY too. Cemented. You could probably do something with bricks and layer outermost surfaces with cement and let dry.
