But you didn’t show the full measurement of those pipes..
See this is simple and easy to calculate, take the shortest pipe, say 4 inch and the longest one, 17 inch, and calculate the difference, which is 13 inch. Distribute the difference among say 10 pipes. So now when you mark the pipes you go from 4" then 5.3", 6.6", 7.9", 9.2", 10.5"........ till you reach 17" 🙂

This sounds like the bath tube being filled. I can replicate this by just running a garden hose into a bucket. Not the most pleasing sound for a fountain. No thanks!
