From Setbacks to Success: Navigating Life with Resilience & Grit (PMU WOC 2023 Presenter)

For anyone who has struggled with setbacks, this presentation is for you. Michelle Rukny is a multi-certified PMU artist and Pretty Rich Bosses Coach, who has triumphed over a traumatic and abusive childhood. Despite her challenging upbringing, Michelle is a determined individual and a multipotentialite with a lot of irons in the fire. As the owner of The Beaute Compound in Texas, Michelle brings her extensive experience and expertise to the table, specializing in all things BROWS!
Michelle got her start in the industry by training in Microblading and went on to acquire additional education and certifications in various permanent makeup techniques. Her passion and commitment to her craft led her to host her own PMU Conference, The Houston Beauty Conference, which further expanded her knowledge and expertise in this field.
As a Licensed Esthetician in Texas, Michelle holds multiple certifications, in various types of Permanent Makeup.
Despite the challenges Michelle has faced in her life, she has never lost sight of her goals and has worked tirelessly to achieve them. Her resilience, hard work, and passion for her craft are truly inspiring, and her commitment to empowering others through her coaching and mentorship is a testament to her character and her desire to make a positive impact on the world.
