Wow thank you so much for recommending the Forest app, I immediate downloaded it, this seems super helpful! I also really loved to hear about your mindset and productivity. I relate a lot to it actually. The quantity>quality thing is also super interesting. And apparently there has been a research done with photographers, where one group was graded for the amount of photos they made, and the other group was graded based on one amazing picture. It turned out the best pictures where in the quantity group, which I found super fascinating. I guess you don't pressure yourself/overthink too much when focusing on quantity. Anyways, keep up the great work!!!

Absolutely! It’s been frustrating, because I genuinely do love and enjoy making videos too, so sometimes letting myself rest is really hard for that reason too. I’m always thinking about what I want to do next, what my next goals are, etc etc so learning how to take a step back has been harder than I thought.
