Question? Is shock Damage also viable to this build or just extra shock damage? What's the difference between them?

Both. Shock damage is the damage, extra shock is the number of additional hits of shock damage

I checked on rankings and most high-ranking players use medusa now, and some other weapons like goblin staff. So I kinda doubt the lance&shield or S&S effectiveness

Uhh there is nothing we can do tbh lmao. Even the 1st rank Druid (Whale) got stuck because of massive lags, even after playing on his gigachad PC
