To those who are confused, Junko gets bored very quickly which is why she switches her personalities very quickly. She changes them so often that even she doesn't know which is her primary personality anymore.
This is more like Borderline Personality Disorder, since her personality changes do much and she’s chronically bored. Multiple Personality Disorder isn’t a thing, it’s actually called Dissociative Identity Disorder and that’s what Touko has. Bipolar Disorder is characterized by episodes of deep depression followed by episodes of mania, and these episodes last at least for a few days but usually longer.
She doesn't have either guys, she changes the way she acts on purpose, by her own free will. She's changing the way she behaves on the outside, but on the inside it's still just one personality, with little to none mood shifts (besides maybe the ending).
