I went from walking around at an in shape 185ish at 6ft1 and was always ready to take a fight and start camp but for some reason since 2020 I've gotten lazy with my diet as well. I'm now 205 and always uncomfortable feeling. Always irritable as well. I appreciate you talking about your struggles, it helped me realize it's time to start caring about my physical health again. You should post your fitness journey for content too.. I hope you and your better half have a great week man.

If you and Jac haven’t gotten to watch Normal People on Hulu I HIGHLY recommend it! Not exactly like you both but similar. It’s a very shy but well loved guy and an outspoken girl falling in love over time. It was amazing to see a show about mental health, but from a males perspective. Maybe promote only local for your state too to help support and promote small businesses! Local beer n wine's, charcuterie boards, flights n entertainment if you go that far. Specialized game nights and/or events. I imagine trivia night's out there would be a huge hit! Think like a local date night spot you and your lovely Jac would enjoy going to 😉
