Great advice! I set up DND from 6pm to 11am, and one thing it really help is, I turn off most notification from apps, so this made me seldom look at my phone during the whole day and go into focus mode often!
Hey, I have been suffering ADHD and couldn't focus at a task. Switching tasks frequently. I had tried Pomodoro technique and planning even in calendar. But when the task came Brain fox and just stare at screen and didn't pop up anything at all. Your video reminds me that I am not alone who is procrastinating and I need push a little bit more and more in daily basic. Nice and short video by the way. :)
