March 7th is like a nickname because she was trapped in ice and she lost her memories so the main crew “the astral express” helped her and found her in March 7th and because she doesn’t remember her name they named her March 7th because that’s the day that they found her and the day she joined the crew
And fun fact: Honkai Star Rail is from the same company of Genshin Impact
