I think there is an important error in the anatomy. Axillary vein becomes subclavian vein and it courses about the 1st rib. Hope they check this for errors.
Nice presentation. You might want to correct the under the 1st rib part at the beginning of your presentation ( I think you mean over the first rib but under the clavicle). Also, only the subclavian and internal jugular veins join to form the brachiocephalic vein on each side.
