London and Paris, the two cities I've always dreamed of visiting and when I did, I cried of course lol they're so beautiful, so dreammy, they met all my expectations 💙 that was almost 5 years ago and I can't wait to go back! And I want to go from one to the other same way as you Em, by train 😍 and OMG THAT SUITE IS PERFECT 😍😍😍 you could choose how your shower smell?! I mean wtf, what is this?! This is just one of many rooms of the Imperial suite - I had no idea they rent out just one bedroom and then sell the Imperial Suite with living room and another bedroom to somebody else for 22k. Nevertheless, gorgeous room, beautiful bathroom and stunning view of Place Vendôme!

I was at the Ritz two years ago, and went into the courtyard entrance to visit the Bar Hemingway, but it didn’t open until 6:00 and it was still mid afternoon, so I wasn’t able to have a drink. I asked the manager about the condition of the hotel, when the Nazi’s left...and he told me; “there wasn’t a cup out of place”. What a magnificent hotel, and you looked very much in place there!

@Paolo Caldini luxury makes your life constant battle to maintain the comfort level. There's nothing worse for a human than to lose something. Unless you've been born into enormous fortune, it's going to be a nightmare to live like that.

Seems like they didn't give you the full Imperial Suite and only a portion of it. The full sized suite has a second bedroom as well as a very large living room.

Great video, but can you believe that's not the entire Suite Imperiale!? That's just one of the bedrooms. The full suite is comprised of two bedrooms plus a massive living room that all face unto Place Vendome. Regardless, I really appreciate being able to see all the details of that room in your video. Well done!
I have a question. I appreciate your comment but I was wondering is it meant to be 1 or 2 bedrooms? Can someone else rent the other part separately? Does the price cut in half if you tent only 1 bedroom? Please elaborate, thank you
@@lizardplum6324 correct. The entire suite is two bedrooms plus a huge living room. Yes they can separate the small bedroom (which is what Emma had) from the larger bedroom and living room and rent them separately. The small bedroom that Emma had was most certainly not $22,000/night.
@@danielnyc5768 I came here to gently say the same thing :) I've stayed in an Executive Suite, a Deluxe Junior Suite and, one crazy night in the Windsor Suite as the guest of the room's occupant.
@@franklloydwright1820 The Windsor Suite is actually my favorite. Love that Windsor blue. Never stayed there but I did attend a cocktail reception there a few years back when there was still a staircase that led down to Mr. Al Fayed's office. We were told that he enjoyed having lunch in the Windsor Suite whenever it was unoccupied.

Paris is wonderful, just try to avoid Hotel Westminster. I booked their Deluxe 25m room and received 11,8m room (N. 114) with dirty bathroom instead. France....In any other country this would be unimaginable, but at Hotel Westminster Paris it is a norm. Bait and switch without apologies or price reduction for much cheaper room. You have been warned dear travelers.
