Chad is completely right about the Astralis exit interview. I remember him doing interviews after his team got 16-0'd. Leaders don't get to dodge responsibility.

Glad that you can acknowledge the good/"real" things about Chad as well even though you recently criticized the Talking Counter guys about not being transparent about their ESL/Spotify deal.
Criticism and praise are both important, glad you're staying real.

Did he really say this? Astralis was more than gracious to him. He underachieved the last three years but they just kept him and Xyp9x on the roster and they were getting big checks every month. No organisation is going to him that much grace in his career. I love him though, and I only wish the best for him. Still believe he has so much more in him

My point on Astralis, there high : can beat vitality & Spirit ,there low : can lose to any team .they just need to play without pressure , fix there error ,be confident & don't worry about all the hate that are waiting to make 100 hltv thread & hate personal DMs

no disrespect to chad but Astralis with home major, top signing, hate from all(because of heroic statement ,not considering the other side) are high stakes than chad loosing in any match and going for the interview as a captain. that's barely any hate or pressure.

That's great, you've made a list of excuses. Precisely the problem. BlameF was the team general, and even more so since there was effectively no real coach. It doesn't matter the pressure or the stakes. When you accept a position as the IGL of the most accomplished team in CS history, it's kind of a given that pressure comes with it.
He circumvented his responsibility and let it fall into the lap of one of their rookie players. Slice it and qualify it however you'd like. That's not leadership. Period.

As a Liquid fan it’s nice to hear someone “Ynk” not harp on Liquid just yet, like he said this isn’t a team that’s building off a core it’s a brand new team. It’s kinda funny how fast people forget all the growing pains teams like G2, Vitality, and even Faze had when they made complete reset roster moves. Why do we as a community have to be so negative all the time?

It's so cool to see the shape teams in the Asia RMR have taken over the last year, Mongolz and Lynn Vision both look to really have a chance in carrying the region further into more and more international events. It sucks that other teams that SHOULD have a chance like Greyhound and Tyloo struggle to find their consistency, but in spite of that I really look forward to seeing how much further Mongolz and LVG can push into tournaments.
