I purchased the new GPR V5-S stabilizer for my 2013 ZX6R Ninja 636. I was so excited to install it and start using it. To my surprise it partially blocks access to the key hole, so If you install the stabilizer you can't turn on the motorcycle! I thought maybe GPR send the wrong kit or I did something wrong? I called them and they said that many guys have the issues and the only solution is to buy a new triple clamp for $160!! I'm disappointed. They shouldn't be selling this stabilizer for 636 if it doesn't fit! They wouldn't help me and I was on my own. I'm returning the stabilizer ASAP and getting a OHLINGS stabilizer instead. Their customer support and company as a whole sucks!
I kept the video and after about 1.5 years the stabilizer leaked out most of the fluid and I'm getting speed wobbles. Need to rebuilt it. It's premature wear if it doesn't even last 10k miles.
Just going to say GPR is an amazing company, great experience with them.
Keen to know more about the choice between fat bar, solid and rbm kits.
Love my GPR!! Crf450rl 😊
Yall should ship me one for having the first comment on this video. . .
But seriously, great videos
Always support RMATV
I agree 😂
Great video. Gonna get this for my rmz
Question: How much friction is felt when turning the knob? There is 0 on mine, wiht no positive 'clicks" felt?
I have no idea which bracket to use for my '18 Husky FE501. it looks like there's more than one mount too which is totally confusing.
Do you know if the GPR V5 will fit the XTRIG tripple clamps (the bar mounts etc)?
I want to get one for my KTM XC-W and I'm not sure it will fit.
