I'm going through a lot of change these days. Moving out. Growing up (spiritually). Leaving behind what I have always known, what was familiar. It's a huge step forward. And I feel both excited and scared. Naturally, I think of the past, my childhood. The comfort of a safe home. I get nostalgic. I think of the good old days, which this music capture perfectly. It reminds me of my carefree childhood : Playing Pokémon with my brother and sister, spending joyful time with my family... simple things. I miss that state of mind. I will always cherish these memories. They are my most precious treasure.

I know exactly how you feel: wanting that 2nd childhood! I was doing all kind of stuff to get that feeling back, even stuff i said I'd never do, to the point I hated what I became. Not to force nothing on you, but that second childhood came back to me through Jesus Christ, 1 John 5:11-12. That was nearly 10 years ago and He's been the best thing that ever happened to me! And its permanent, not a temporary "high"!
How has your journey through life been thus far Sowillo?
When I have hard times, I usually start again a Pokémon game because it relaxes me a lot... It's like the musics, the pkmns, the routes, the gym leaders... All of them remind me of childhood and make me feel lighter and happier. Pokémon brand means a lot to me.
How old are you, If I must impose?
6 years later and this Pokemon lofi is still the best of all! 😍

This comment exactly explains the feeling that washed over me as I listened to this. I was sitting in my chair looking up at a pic of my mother and father on the wall above my desk they are no longer with me but this beautiful song brought back memories of when they were still here.

Bruh you have no idea. The first time I went through Eterna, I thought the exit was the Great Chateau, and since I didn’t have Cut, I thought I was stuck. So stuck in fact, I had accidentally came out of it and all my Pokèmon were Lv 20+

When I randomly feel the Diamond/Platinum vibe, I come to listen to this magnificent art they we’ve all grew up on! You can’t hate on the energy that comes from this, always reminds me of my childhood. Hits hard af.
It comes in waves, I regularly come back to play some good old diamond or platinum. It's crazy how the Pokemon games are the ones that got stuck in my mind the hardest.

This is sooooo good, you totally keep the amazing feeling the original song has, nostalgia hits hard one this one, I didn't remember very well D/P generation but the soundtrack was really good.

Man, the 4th Pokémon gen was and still is my favourite, I miss the old days playing Diamond and Platinum with my dear cousin, he introduced me into Pokémon, Back in 2004, with leaf Green and Emerald, the first Pokemon game I purchased was Pearl version, on his launch, and I feel very sad now, remembering all the good memories, I really apreciate this piece of art you made, thanks.

Yeah i don’t know what staticky radio-esque filter you put over the music but its what really ties this piece together. The crunchy sound of the notes just flow real nice, as well as the way you tweaked the ending notes of the song to play a little bit more sour and out of tune
