Looks like a beast thrower, how well does it sustain 20k lumen?
Hey Matt. After the bone graft, they will screw in a titanium implant posts. It doesn’t hurt, but I found it extremely comical. Hearing the clicking of the ratchet/torque wrench in my skull just set me off chuckling. I am ROBO COP. lol 😝

Thank you for the excellent tip on the battery tightening Matt... I’ve just redone my GT4. It’s much tighter now 🙏🏼.. hope you get your teeth sorted out. I had a similar experience when I forgot to put my mouth guard in several years ago doing a Krav-Maga sparring session. You’ll soon loose the funny sound if you use fixadent on the temporary plate you’ve got. Hope that’s helpful!

12,000 Lumens, its gonna cost you 12,000 dollars for those 2 front implants when its all said and done, those 2 temporary bridges cost $1,000, now you owe 11,000 for those 2.

Well they showed how greedy they are and I will not buy it for sure now I’d suggest others to think twice also because they jacked the original price to $600

Awesomely entertaining review as always!!! I have the original BLFGT with the Texas Ace mod putting out about 8000 lm. Its currently my go to thrower. I REALLY want a new beast though. That being said, I don’t need redundancy in my arsenal. Would you recommend the GT4 or the GT94 If I want a new beast of a light? Is the GT94 that much more impressive than my modded BLF GT? Thanks much in advance.

I've been thinking about buying a cheap LED off-road light bar from eBay and modding it, upgrading the emitters, drivers and miscellaneous hardware. Have you thought about doing this? You should see what you can do, would make for a great video/series.

I wonder if the throw could be better if they put the LEDs a little bit farther from each other to collide the individual reflectors less, so the wall between the LEDs could be higher. Of course, in the sides the reflector wall would go a little bit lower, but couldn't we get more reflector in the same head this way in the end?

What’s the best beam distance light you would suggest between the Acebeam K75, BLF GT70, or GT94?
Hey man I know you probably won’t see this. But would be really cool if you could revisit UV flashlights. Like REAL UV flashlights. UVA, UVB, and yes even UVC. I know UBV LEDs are extremely low output for the cost… But would still be awesome to see you go over UV flashlights ranging from the mid 200’s up to
400nm range. I’ve been able to get some pretty insane UVB and UVA see outputs on some modded lights.
Like I said UVC is insanely low output for the cost but there are still some “bleeding edge technology” emitters being offered now…

So after going to AliExpress I accidentally seen the difference between the gt4, gt94, and now apparently they have for sale a NEW GT 98. AND THATS EIGHT 90.2 LED PIECES IN A SINGLE UNIT. I WONDER WHAT THATS going to look like, Matt? And it's rated at 43000 lumens. Hot damn. That's gotta be a good video. It's only like 700 bucks shipped

I can't decide between the 94 and 4 still. If you had an X70 Acebeam would the 94 make the most sense as a secondary light between the two BLF lights? As far as I can find, the X70 is 1115 meter beam and the 4 is 1370 meters which makes them pretty close. The X70 reasonably does the same lumens (20k) as far as sustained light. The 60k is so short it may as well not be a thing. Meanwhile, the 94 is significantly lower in lumens with a much farther beam distance. I just can't decide, lol. Advice anyone?
For real practical use. I prefer the GT4. I never have to search for more than 300 meters. And i love more lumens.
Matt, love your flashlight review but I notice you do a lot of running and showing distance of the light. SUGGESTIONS... Have you thought of using electric unicycle to help you get there faster? I think you will have a blast riding and shining your path..
My first wheel was solo wheel glide 3 and it was the best investment ever, such a blast.

Why the price go up to 600?
It would be interesting to see a shot where you put the camera where your truck was, pointing away from the beam, so we can see the power of the throw, from where the truck is. So instead of zooming in to the truck's location, we see FROM the truck's location, but not looking into the beam, but in the same direction the beam is pointing. Someone 300 yards away says, "need a light?" and you're like yeahright...ohhh my, and your whole world lights up.

Already having both the GT90 and GT4 I'm not certain I can justify purchasing the GT94 as well, but if you wanted to buy only one of the three the GT94 would probably be the one to get.
On my side im wondering if i should also get the Gt4 Since i will have the Gt90 and Gt94 .... but having a Mateminco Mt90Plus , my single sbt90.2 thrower is pretty much covered

how long you can run it on turbo before cells are empty?
it can run more or less i read on blf forums until the cells go dry but the head will be very very hot but it can handle it.. thats why it weighs so much, it has alot of mass for all heat.
They are drained in like 15 minutes or so.
Maybe gt90 is then better for spotting deers
