1) if we r gokden visa holders of u.a.e. do we still have to click on NO for permanent residence visa??
2) govt identification number we can put emirates id number??
3) if we dont have fixed plans to visit then they ask for intended stay so can we put tentative dates?
4) present employer info if we are working for a firm from last 19 years so we put the joining date but problem is on the next page the question is if you are employed from last 5 yrs?? So in this do we again mention same company details which we put in current employer? Or just click on NO??

I am applying for F1 visa.
I have electronically signed and submitted my ds-160 form and it was showing that I cannot make changes to my application but before clicking the last confirmation there was a session timeout and the next time I tried to login by retrieving my application it was showing my confirmation page with the unique barcode. Do I need to fill a new application again or my information has already been successfully submitted?
