Cinnamon raisin swirl bread also makes an excellent peanut butter sandwich! The raisins in the bread are sweet enough that you don’t need jelly. But you could certainly add some if you want! Great recipe, thanks for the tip on using egg white for the cinnamon/sugar mixture. I have experienced what you were describing happens when you use butter 😂 could never figure out what I was doing wrong! Thanks Larry!
Gonna make this but minus the raisins. I’ve been doing sourdough for awhile now and decided to take a break from that and start doing yeast breads instead😋
