I been with no energy for a long time and I honestly realized it was since I started gambling thought I had a illness quit gambling and smoking for 3 months felt 10x better just started back up again and I feel terrible. Have to try to get out more and stay away from dopamine draining activities it will ruin your mental and physical. I know it’s your job but maybe take some breaks or spend less time doing it if you could .
