Tae is releasing two MV’s one is cinematic. I think these two teasers reflect the two different versions. I think the pygmalion theory definitely is a possibility. The statute has come to life and we are seeing the two worlds from Tae’s perspective. Dark and moody world of pygmalion disappointed with the world being a recluse in his chateau being one MV and then in the second video/teaser there is transformation when the Aphrodite grants him his wish and bring the statue to life and bringing joy to his life as reflected in the second video/teaser.

To me it seems as though V’s idea of paradise is his longing to be with someone he can love and have a normal life and do normal things not realizing that the sculpture he made is of himself his idol life. If you see the empty stage that’s how he’s feeling. His reality is he’s an idol and idols tend to live a lonely life. Notice the contrast between the dark V (idol, lonely, structured life) vs the V who was sculpting with a sense of yearning and looking happy and free. Unfortunately for him, this was all just a dream a fantasy. It’s almost a similar story to his song Friends. At the end he’s all alone. V’s acting skills and portrayal is truly amazing!
