And in this episode you caused a car crash by the exploded gas station from i am bread and Nigel the surgeon is actually the guy you play as in surgeon simulator since hes a one arm surgeon in the game and in i am fish he has a broken arm? The bread has 2 loafs. Both was bought in a bakery by a bob (the bread has bob blood). One went home with the bob = i am bread, and the other loaf is the bread that bob dropped on the ground and it couldnt eat it anymore so the shop keeper got it home to the pet shop. The shop keeper fed the sentient bread to the fish and now they have bob blood in their system making them smarter than average which makes them capable of complicated movement that lead them to the ocean in the end
