Don’t know if we were lucky with the number of plane landings yesterday but from landing to the apartment in Playa de las Americas yesterday took us under an hour. Don’t remember it ever being so quick.

The Sol de Janeiro have dupes in Lidl for either £2.99 or £3.99. Not sure if they will be in Tenerife Lidls but if Laura likes them the family could bring them out. They do the pistachio and salted caramel and jasmine and dragon fruit (250ml bottles)

Fantastic video. I’ve been coming to Tenerife for many years and to see the flight in action was so interesting. Tell me, how do you get such clear video through the plane window? Do you pay them to clean the window next to your seat? 😀
Lucky you, it took me 50 minutes to get through passport control 2 weeks ago, we were queuing out side in the heat just to get into the building, i personally dont think more scanners are going to make any difference, all the time you still have to have your passport looked at by a human, only two of them when i arrived.
Thanks for sharing Andrew, is the exhaust blowing on that Seat Ibiza? My Dad and his wife caught a taxi from the airport to LC a couple of weeks ago- it went some 125kmh or 80 +mph all the way! They were a bit 👻!

The best part of travel day is the airport lounge. We are travelling on Friday, can't wait to get some sun instead of this Scottish wind and rain!

I got the Lidl salted caramel dupe and it doesn't quite smell the same. It's got a burnt kind of smell to it that the bum bum spray doesn't ☹️
Dragon fruit one is LUSH though 😍
