Thank you for sharing your video. We're new in Texas, love camping in our class A ( need to be at 50mp spot) Need to know more about lake/ park around Dallas area.
if that is the then here is Your Map..... duderv.now.site/your_campground_map Click on the balloon for the location you are interested in and the video I have created for that campground loads. I only document public campgrounds so if you are wanting info on private this map will not help. I hope that helps and welcome to Texas!
@@DudeRV I’m headed down around Bandera for the week! Probably gonna boondock some since everything is full lol , gotta get out and enjoy this beautiful spring weather . Great job DUDE RV 👍🏻💯😎
We live about 5 minutes from Lavonia Park and 20 minutes from East Fork. We usually camp in Lavonia during the Fall and winter months since it’s a 30 amp park and we camp in East Fork during the hotter times of the year because it is a 50 amp park. We prefer East Fork because the sites are bigger and like you said, more level. However, the views that you get from Lavonia are very nice!! So there is something to be said for both parks. Not the best parks we’ve camped at but they are close and it feels like we are miles away from home!!!
Hello Dude RV, appreciate the video I have family in the DFW area and have indeed been looking for campgrounds to bring our motorhome to and set up as a retreat for my wife and I while we visit family in the area. Any other advice or insight to other COE parks in the area would be much appreciated. Thanks again please keep up the good work and again we hope to run into you sometime to visit.
So glad to help! unfortunately there are not too many public campgrounds left for me to visit in the DFW area but I will keep the videos coming. Im glad to hear my videos have made a difference for Yall! thanks for watching!
Lavonia strikes me as a peaceful place to rest and have a little peace and quiet. Thank you for a cool video!
Yes Indeed! thanks for watching!
