I've did this for like 3 days now, and i got a lot better from wasting entire mag with mondragon to using buffalo and mosin 1 shot combo The most important thing is practice far distance aim by hunting animals, and get cash as a bonus Also practice close combat with npc, especially when you're using a gun that aim when shot. You should quickly toggle sprint to cancel it, makes your movement feels a lot better. And while you're on mobile, abuse the bullet dodging (sprinting jumping while running in abstract circle) I've done that and i feel a lot more improvement
tips for who don't have a computer or laptop that only uses mobile to play westbound you can buy a keyboard with mouse and you can connect it into your phone by Bluetooth 😊

Always be sprinting and jumping so no one can hit you, after you fire a mosin shot or a Buffalo tap the aiming button and then the sprint and jump
