@@rossco7214it’s not, some people do better with the lyrics written out, rather than working with the screen, especially when learning timing (say for live performances).
@@libbybendall2117 theres no logic to that, the lyrics are literally in time when on the video, that is exactly why this comment is redundant
@@rossco7214 I appreciate what you’re saying, however, whilst this video is very well done, there is little preparation for the next line. If you don’t know the song well, or off by heart, it can be disconcerting to try learning with that style of video. I do appreciate obviously that there are other videos available, but I also believe that this comment can be helpful for people who may need to use this particular sound (for a live performance or even for exams). When I was taking my singing exams however many years ago I was given one backing track to use and could not change to another, and so comments like this were helpful for preparation.
I apologise for the long response, I want to share a different perspective on why people may find this useful :)

Thanks for the video. It would be great if you had the words on the screen a tad bit little bit earlier. They show up a little late so it's hard to sing along if you don't know it. But good job...
That's always a problem on those home made karaoke versions.
You need to put the lyrics BEFORE they are sung, not sync them. Especially since they are not even in sync, there.

C'mon guys u have to do better then this at commenting this song is amazing and sad so comment more on this song it is one of the sad songs that I know it makes me cry when I listen to it and sing it in practising for my school singing contest soon so I have to suffer with it im not really a James blunt fan (sorry James blunt but I'm not really a big fan of u.)
