    For a kind of secret book location, Biggie seriously expanded Windhelm, and if you go way into the back to the left of the castle, there is new door to a new Relic Display indoor area. The first room to the right has the curator of the place with some interesting looking gear and a huge library including a ton of new books. Very worth stopping bye to get that juicy xps.

    question regarding your monitor setup. i suppose u got the samsung neo g9 32:9 wqhd monitor. i just guess, because the specs u mention fit that and its to my knowledge the only one like that. i got this myself and found neither hdr nor gsync work in picture by picture mode. the refresh should also be halved to 120hz. so how do u setup your display settings in windows? u must have stutter all the time when not hitting exactly 120 hz? i just wonder massively. i had to put up at my work desk, because i couldnt game like that.

    Quick question, i have been enjoying lorerim but have been having multiple crashes throughout game play. I am playing on the ultra setting with 7800x3d and 4070 ti on a 1440p ultrawide monitor. Is there something i should or can change to reduce frequency of the crashes?

      @gabrielgonzales1860 saving habits, breaking scripts, save scrubbing, it's a 3500+ mod modlist so many scripts running.
      theres a reason if you try to reload a save without closing the game that it will CTD.
      your hardware isn't the issue. The way you play / saving habits can cause scripts to break.
      Welcome to Skyrim modding 🤣

      @gabrielgonzales1860 I use puredarks FSR 3 mod.
      if you have a 40 series GPU you should use PureDarks DLSS 3 mod. It's a paid mods however. Requires manually installing.

    how can you keep playing the game when reloading the same save like 10 times? i literally reload a save and its a 50-50% chance of a crash. also im running a 4070 TI with ryzen 7800x3d and your game is way more stable than me FPS wise, installation went by the book. anything im missing out? you said you're using an FSR3 + Lossless scaling, is the FSR 3 from a mod or something?

    • @RelentlessZen
      @RelentlessZen  Месяц назад +3

      @XMusicSickness because you shouldnt be reloading saves..... that's literally how things break.
      You NEED to close the game down and reboot to load a save. If you don't the game will still have leftover scripts running which will conflict and CTD
      you're playing a 13 year old game with 3500+ mods with complex scripts running. Reloading breaks those scripts.
      that's why there's a respawn mechanic. To avoid reloading world states.
      Bad saving habits cause crashes. Saving during combat, saving after just loading into an area, saving during animations or other actions.
      reloading a save will cause CTDs especially if the above is done.

    • @XMusicSickness
      @XMusicSickness Месяц назад

      @@RelentlessZen thanks for the reply. Does saving often and reloading causes corruption for the entire play-through from that moment onwards? Is it recommended to start a new? Also, does Puredark FSR 3 recommended over Lossless scaling for fps increase? Or any of the latter will suffice?

    • @RelentlessZen
      @RelentlessZen  Месяц назад +2

      @XMusicSickness you can use Fallrim save cleaner to try clear the save you have.
      this isn't a LoreRim only thing btw, this is Skyrim in general.
      You should see a huge improvement in stability when practising good saving habits.
      as for Lossless scaling. I prefer Puredarks, 30series cards should use FSR 3 framegen build. 40 series DLSS3 build

    • @RelentlessZen
      @RelentlessZen  2 месяца назад +1

      @simon_sch LoreRim is a difficult modlist early on, it's very challenging, the Base games quests are very different thanks to the Requiem overhaul, Bleakfalls is not a starter dungeon anymore. As for new quests plenty are added including Bruma and Project AHO

      @@RelentlessZen awesome, thank you! Can you compare your Mod "LoreRim" to NOLVUS? ive read that Nolvus is the current best way in graphics, difficulty, movement, ... Whats your opinion on that? thanks in advance!

    • @RelentlessZen
      @RelentlessZen  2 месяца назад +1

      @@simon_sch Nolvus V5 is quite dated now, it was released well over a year ago and there's been huge leaps in modding since then.
      it's a fantastic modlist still.
      LoreRim is state of the art, the newest mods cherry picked and balanced around requiem which is a massive RPG focused overhaul that effects most elements of the game.
      Nolvus : Power fantasy with lots of cool / new stuff to experience.
      LoreRim: A challenging RPG that requires you to carefully plan and overcome challenges with that careful planning.
      It's like comparing a Marvel movie to a DnD Campaign.
      both are great but for me LoreRim gives me more of what I want from Skyrim after playing Elderscrolls games since Daggerfall in 1996 and playing Skyrim for 13 years.

      @@RelentlessZen great answer, thanks! I see. Personally i wish there would be something in the sweetspot between both modlists! Can i theoretically use one modlist and change a few things? Or do i need to accept the modpack as a whole thing? if that makes sense

    • @RelentlessZen
      @RelentlessZen  2 месяца назад +2

      @@simon_sch I would recommend you jsut try both first. these are massive modpacks 3000 mods. there really shouldn't be much you need to change.
      you may also want to try Wundernik exteremely well put together modlist.
      Similar to Nolvus but more modern.
      LoreRim to me however is by far the best Skyrim experience. You just need to spend time with it and release you aren't supposed to be a demi god at level 1.

    Fantastic video as usual, but your comments on the concerns of having to pay for every little thing are a bit off I feel. Some people are on a real shoestring budget with little to no disposable income. Expecting to pay premiums and patreons is excessive if you're not comfortable.
    Think of it this way: It's not "another 5" or "another 8" in case of Nexus Premium. That's 11/month already, and that's only assuming 2 mods. For some, that can make or break a monthly budget. Just something to consider. I can definitely understand the predicament, at least, and I promise I'm not nagging or whining. You definitely sound like you understand the struggle.

    • @RelentlessZen
      @RelentlessZen  Месяц назад +2

      @frozenpriest5524 while I can understand ... if you have a PC to play a 3500+ ultra modded modlist, you should be able to afford £5.
      and if that's "out of budget" you probably shouldn't be playing video games in the first place.
      I'd be more in agreement if we were talking about £50 or even £100 more. But this is a price of a posh coffee. A one time purchase it's not something you pay every month for.
      at the end of the day everyone's situation is their own. I'm not hear to understand everyone's. But the cost is affordable for most people, and is nessicary if you want to play autoinstalled modlists in general.

      @@RelentlessZen Woah I did not expect a reply from you :D
      You do make some valid points. I guess I was approaching it from the somewhat unique position of being healthy enough to have a PC, then hitting financial hard times that make you question even a $11 monthly purchase. That's a situation I was in not too long ago... it was harsh.
      But please don't take this or anything I say as a nitpick or personal attack xD. Loved your Warframe content, and now come to find out you're also doing modded skyrim like me? That's cool. Thanks for the fun video, and keep up the hard work.

      @frozenpriest5524 oh don't worry I know you were just adding a perspective. No harm in your comment at all.
      I do get a ton of people complaining to me about Nexus premium as though it's something in my control! It's not even the modlists fault, just Nexus and the way they monetize their sites utilities.
      I think the only people I can sympathise with are people who can't purchase Nexus premium for the month because their country has banned transactions e.g: Russia.
