Sally I am watching this episode of your channel and I can fully sympathise with you. I was district nurse and hurt my back some years ago and had to be redeployed into the NHS but office based just retired in January my back and now my legs are now worse and I find it so hard and get frustrated at the things I want to do that I now can't and some times find myself in tears. I also love to do various crafts and will look forward to watching your future craft channel once up and running. I also like a bit of Temu shopping 😂.xx❤️

It’s really difficult to accept the changes we are forced to go through, our minds are still thinking yes we can do it but our bodies are saying no! It’s a massive lifestyle change and not easy to accept. I look forward to getting back to my arts and crafts, making some videos and helping others do there toes into this new world! It really helped me when we were all in lock down. Hopefully it will help us again. I will start putting links on this channel when I manage to start again. Hopefully it won’t be too long, I start counselling sessions tomorrow. Fingers crossed 🤞
