Ipswich to pick So’ton ‘s pocket, classic 0-1. Defensive howler waiting to happen. Leicester do what they have to, deep block, let Everton have the ball and win 1-0 anyway. A Vardyesque breakaway goal.
Like Ben I'm an Ipswich fan, and the fanbase has had to recalibrate expectations. In the past two seasons wins became expected from early on in the season. Things are now very different.
Ipswich (my team ) are learning fast and improving each game. i think will have the most patient fans and strongest mentality of the current bottom 6. I think we are the only one of these 4 for whom a draw on saturday is ok, must wins for the rest. That said we will win 1-3 😀💙
I’ll be at Lei Eve as a Foxes supporter - really need a home win to settle fan base growing lack of confidence with Cooper - can feel a lot of negativity brewing already 😢
As a Saints fan I think our business over the summer was quite good, particularly in midfield (with Ugochukwu, Fernandes, Lallana and obviously Downes coming in) and Ramsdale in goal was an excellent signing but there are still questions over our attacking recruitment and CB signings. All,of a sudden we appear to be pinning our hopes on an, admittedly very talented, 18 year old in Dibling. I don’t mind Martin as a person but a lot of our issues need to be aimed at him - he’s needs to stop being stubborn and understand when to be flexible with this possession based game and when we need to be more direct. This weekend’s game with Ipswich is already massive. Win and we might find some confidence. Draw or lose and it’s going to be a long hard season. For either of us.
Commenting before I watch this, taking the long view. Russell Martin is doing a Kompany impression, with lesser players. Can’t last though, his charisma doesn’t quite match Vini’s, and we’ll sidestep the playing careers. I think Kieran McKenna is wise enough to realise that the grass isn’t always greener elsewhere and he will stick with the Ipswich job through the season (but Ipswich 50:50.. might survive). Leicester are my nap survivors - at the expense of Everton. The noise in the background is getting radioactive, beyond management (and Dyche is the best man in the circus/circumstance)
Its 4 games so I dont think anyone should be panicking yet. Remember Palace lost 9 of their first 11 a few years ago and still stayed up. We're in an adaptation period for the promoted sides they're still finding their feet and if they don't by October/November there will be managerial changes.
Leicester fan here, thinking a 2-2 draw. Both teams can't seem to get over the line right now and although I am hoping we can edge it, I am thinking it'll end level
I am a Man City fan so know that spending shed loads of money can POSSIBLY come back to haunt you. Are Ipswich fans cool with the ITFC £100 million spend? (Genuine question).
Hard to think anything other than a win home and away win over the two games mentioned. No order specific. Wolves Palace will be most likely snore draw.
Fox’s 2 Toffees 3 Saints 2 Tractor boys 0 Saints have got to win and sorry Ben think they will. Toffees surely got to win away. They have played ok just not held on at the end. Let’s see.
I note that the PL's Bottom 6 have played 24 games and won NONE of them ! Going to be a long season for them methinks. Great point for Ipswich, and they have had a very tough start, but right now I still can't look beyond the 3 Promoted clubs going straight back down - especially if Leicester get their deserved Points Deduction for their other PSR Breach !
Having watched Everton at the weekend I do think they are better than their results suggest; I suspect that they will have too much for Leicester. Southampton, sorry that squad simply is not good enough for the EPL.
As a LEICESTER fan i disagree I think are team as a lot of epl exprenice nd youth. I think we will beat Everton at home if it was away at there ground I would think abit different
@@easygaming2003 I am a fan of neither team so I don't really have a dog in the fight just commenting on the games I have seen on the TV.I just think Everton have got too much for Leicester at this time. But this is football and once they cross the white line anything can happen.
@@easygaming2003 They're your tea I get that and I could well be wrong so maybe your faith is better than my thoughts. My concern is that having watched Cooper's teams as far back as Swansea they have all tended to play the low block game even at home which is risky and quite boring.
Feel free to cast your early predictions on this weekends games ⚽️

It will be interesting to see what the result on Tuesday Everton v Southampton for confidence on the teams
Thanks boys. Great video

I wouldn’t be surprised if Ipswich finish mid table

Everton aren't going to score 2 every game, so doing so twice and losing, i think they are bang in trouble.
News News News. Farke getting sack if Leeds to Cardiff Saturday !!!
Everton are at home to Southampton midweek, in the EFL Cup, so maybe some tired legs come the weekend, depending on the teams they put out.

Southampton away won't be easy but i feel confident of Ipswich getting a result there
If Everton loose this weekend I think dyche gets the sack
From league one to premier league amazing team spirit carry on kieran mckenna come on Ipswich first win 😊🎉
My predictions a 3-3 draw for Leicester and Everton and a Russ Martin master-class will see Southampton have 82% possession but lose 1-2 to Ipswich
Leicester City 2 v 0 Everton 🦊🦊🦊👍
Ipswich ftw and Everton
You doubled down on the "must win" narrative! 🤦♂️😔😂
Ipswich may survive to be replaced by Everton. It is time to go!
I fear for Leicester as Cooper's bad game management cost us 2 points. I think Everton will win. I want us to win (Leicester) but not confident.
Leicester 2-1 Everton
Southampton 1-2 Ipswich
Relegation battle?! There's a long way to go. 😂
Ridiculous to talk of relegation at this very early stage of the season.
It's these two, what else can you expect from them 😂
I know I was thinking the same. Ridiculous take in September
So what do you predict then? I say Everton and Ipswich win.
Fox’s 2 Toffees 3
Saints 2 Tractor boys 0

2 away wins both 1-2
Wolves will win too.
I hope Ipswich get a win, and if they beat Southampton, that 5-point clear of them
I think Everton Southampton and wolves to go down this season
Yes I agree maybe palace
It be nice to see Blackburn and Coventry and Sunderland or Watford back in the premier league
