Taking Steers In To Be Processed

On a brisk winter morning, I prepare to take the second of our two steers in for processing.
The hanging weight of the first steer was 847#. The hanging weight of the second steer was 734#.
We sold the first steer as a whole beef. The second we sold 1/2 beef and we are keeping the other side of beef for ourselves, and our family.
