You didn’t mention that Jim called the 10 year old rape victim from Ohio a liar. Her rapist is in jail.
These were college students at Ohio State University, young men. Look up OSU team doctor, Dr Richard Strauss. Jordan was the assistant wrestling coach there, advised by multiple wrestling students, about what was happening to them & teammates. 10 year old girl, that had to go to another state? He had no business calling her or her family.
By no stretch of the imagination am I a fan of Jim Jordan, but he did not call the 10-year-old rape victim from Ohio a liar, and it is important not to be guilty of doing what Republicans do when either lying (not that I am saying you are here) or misrepresenting the facts either deliberately on inadvertently, the latter being what I feel you have done here.
For the record, he said the story was a lie.

He then deleted the tweet when it because obvious that it did, so he was not directly calling the little girl a liar because he initially doubted that she and "her story" ever existed.
He still is and always will be a disgusting excuse for a human being but his issue was with the media supposedly fabricating the story, when they actually did not anyway.
On a side issue, Republicans were in a right mess over it anyway, considering do they 'side' with the child having an abortion or with the immigrant rapist, purely because his victim was having an abortion.
