Adding a comment to help someone not make my mistake: the potatoes are going to take way longer to cook than the other ingredients, after 20ish minutes they still taste raw, add them on the pan first for 10-15 minutes before you start
Or cook them for 5 minutes till they're done. Then you can put them in the pan for the given time, it helped a lot cooking them beforehand
Or boil them first, till fork/soft tender, recipe should come out bomb diggy! With ur own added spices n veggies to ur liking of course.. but boiled.. my potatoes always come out perfecto 👩🍳 😘

Awesome vid! Love that you know to use ramekins for your eggs(lil known secret!)! I think you could have cooked the potatoes and onions together. Softer texture. Crunchy onions are not my thing. Paprika? Yes please! Nice touch. Was that cheese you added? Maybe garlic? Hard to tell. Nonetheless, great video. Great presentation. Also, love you used cubed taters. Most use sliced. Another great point of finesse.
Whats the secret with useing more bowls ? Here here's a secret you use more ramekins you can do more dishes 👍
The ramekins are absolutely unnecessary. I think if you’ve got fully functional adult motor skills, cracking an egg directly into the pan where you want to easily achievable. And she did cool the potatoes with the onion, just gave the potatos a small head start

Alpha Centauri here. What's an "egg"? We got plenty of potatoes and tomatoes; we introduced them to Native Americans long ago.
A egg is produced from chickens....(I'm sure you've heard of them) Their round shaped with a brittle shell that if you open it you will see the yolk which is edible in itself, but are preferred cooked.
