I need help please. Changed the Batterie at two silk epil 9 and neither of them are working anymore. They are charging, but once it's done it's still not working. Used the WD40 as suggested but did not help. What else can I try?

That doesn’t look like a standard 18500. It’s got little posts on the end. Will a regular button top work? What do you call the post style? Im having a hard time searching for it.

I’ve never found a standard one either. Personally i’ll stick to replacing the battery with the official one, widely available online.
Curious if you manage to replace the battery with another one :) !
