@@glumag not a spa, but but ENT doctors can take a look in your ear and help clean it! Also on RUclips there's a guy named Jason Rupp who recently visited a barber that did ear cleaning in New York-I don't remember the location, but but I think he put the Google Maps link in his description!
I say this because the wax removals performed in the states are very straightforward and mundane as opposed to the one seen here. It is clearly more personal and relaxing which I very much appreciate and enjoy!
