When the steering is folded, try spraying a thin film of grease on the pivot & cam lever bolts also mating surfaces which come together when clamping the steering to the upright position. This will also prevent further wear

Hello, it depends on terrain. When going downhill uphill from 15km to 20km, on the flat terrain 25 to 30km.
