Well it was really the Boombox guy being an ass and Hank not knowing how to handle situations like a normal person. Hank probably just wanted the music to be turned down, and Boombox guy just acted like a dumbass and punched Hank. Or Hank wanted the music to be louder wich could be possible because at the end of mad com 1 Hank just vibes with the music. I like the headcannon of Hank being a clone of the agency (witch wasn't the A.A.H.W. yet, it wad just a cloning facility) that was glitched and came out a child and then, while growing up, he learned that you shouldn't just atack random people (as it was in his "genes" to atack people he didn't like) unless those random people hit/hurt him/anyone he cares about. Unfortunately, that kinda goes against Hanks logic in Madness: Project Nexus 2 where at the end of the game, after you beat Gestal, Sanford and Deimos just tell him that what he did was wrong (he shot Jebus wich wanted the world to be in peace and destroying Project Nexus was gonna destroy the world but Hank and the gang was hired to put a stop to Project Nexus) and all of a sudden he wants to kill them? Of course, you could argue that the mission just got to his head wich makes sence but still. Oh wow this is basically just a big ass comment that went into a headcannon i really need to stop typing.
