- Starting a small series showing how I'm going to wire the s10. The s10 has no main harness whatsoever so I will be making one completely from scratch. If you care to learn alittle bit about the wiring then stick around for the ride.

This video is amazing. Nobody explains it so simple but informative
Being picky here, but why run 6 smaller gauge wires all the way to the switch panel instead of one large gauge then distribute from there?
My thoughts exactly, run a large wire upto a distribution block and then tie in all the wires onto the bus bar.
Just a tip...make sure you put a lead wire on the battery switch key, or carry it on the keys for the ute....finding out you have lost or left the key somewhere really sucks
Run only one hot to your fuses, then daisy chain across all your fuses (input). No need to run a dedicated wire to each fuse.
you need to put the battery switch at the back of the truck according to NHRA Location: The switch must be installed at the rear of the vehicle and be easily accessible from outside the car
Great Job thanks
Hey I'm using your videos to help wire an exo car project I have, I need help with wiring everything from after the switch panel. what is the name of the distributor you got? Last question: did you wire the ecu?
Cool, what seat are you using?
What gauge wire did you use from the power block to the switch panel? What gauge wire did you use from the start button to the starter? I based my race truck wiring off your video, it was very informative.
gauge isnt that important just not hair thin or wire that weighs pounds lol. if youre holes aint thick enough just drill again. hope this helps anf hope you get it runnin soon!
He used 14 Guage from distribution to switch panel
What is a "LUME?" that you are missing?
Big cover to make it 1 black cord. Protects wires and looks cleaner
LOOM
We’re did you get the seat from?
did you fabricate the switch panel?
What was the gauge wire were the blue wires?
