@@jjabblePlayStation everything is fluid even when you swim in the middle of the ocean, it is the movements of the ocean that seem not very fluid then you do not see any other type of ftame declines
Off the coast of San Francisco, West side near a small isolated island. Hope that helps. I think is the deepest part of the map. Maybe we can go deeper once they release the dlc but who knows.
