This recipe came out great. I used sherry in place of the Shaoxing wine BC I couldn't/t find any after hitting up 5 Asian stores. Using cilantro stems is great as most people throw them away. I usually chew them while I'm cooking LoL.
@@CiCiLi ohh thank you. The last time I used a metal steamer, my siu Mai became really tough and didn't get the same texture as the ones at dim sum shops :(

You can use a metal steamer as well. Have fun cooking!

Ironically, I like to drench the cooked siu mai with more soy sauce before eating 😒
You could also try soy sauce and vinegar dipping sauce. I dip it in that sometimes. ☺️
