He really DGAF he gonna cut it again 😂
as he should lmao
Most definitely
Can you imagine this guy as your barber? "I told him I just wanted a trim."
“Ok, there ya go … and here’s your head!” 🤦🏻
😂😂😅😅
Aren’t they all like that!? Go in with a whole lion mane with a half inch of split ends and go out like a you did a round of chemo. 😂😂😂
Whether they needed the trimming or not. If you're going to drastically cut a shared plant, decency would dictate getting approval(making sure everyone is on the same page). He butchered the trees down to THREE FEET, that's pretty bad.
I'm so glad my neighbour's couldn't give a crap, and neither do I.
Got hedges on 3 sides if my property, everyone trims their side, end of.
That’s some neighborhood you live in!!! We have to keep our yards clean, cut, and trimmed and even if not i would still do it and I’m sure many of my neighbors would too
@@alwayssomething8344
We also do it. But no neighbour can tell you what to do on your property.
I had one neighbour once asking me to cut my tree, because it was branching over to him. So I did. End of.
Get an alarm genius
Should have got security doors / windows, cameras, and an alarm system.
Hey JJ Crew👋🏾
I hope today is kind to you and that you are kind to your mind.🌸💚
These people really have waaaay to much time on their hands.
Normally I'd agree but if I had a privacy hedge around my garden and somebody hacked it down to 3ft are asking to just trim it I'd be pissed. I don't know that I'd sue over it but I'd be mad as hell.
Me too,but I will allow that it depends on the area. If it completely blocks the main view from his home . . .@@shendisackett
Nobody is getting into your home bc of a tree. And if you think they are, get a security system for $10/month. Don’t hack up somebody else’s property
That would’ve been the smart thing to do. His wife tried to tell him long before they ended up on TV!
This wasn’t the David Benoit that came to mind lol 🎹
Same! 😂 🎹
EXACTLY😭😭😭😂
the wife look at him😂😂
If looks could kill!!!
That's the comment I was looking for
ALTERNATIVE TITLE:
"Man trims womans bush"
Which bush 🙂↔️
"Man trims neighbor woman's bush without her full consent while wife looks-on". A story as old as the hills 🙈🙈
Hahaha thanks for that reply, literally laughed out loud 😅😅@chrispnw2547
Funny how he’s getting broken into because of her hedge but nobody is breaking into HER house. I don’t think the problem is with the hedges.
You could see her door.
@@breeze8756 He only said he couldn’t see his door from down the street. I doubt her door was more visible from a distance, either. It’s not a magic hedge.
Who'd ever want to break in on her?
Math is clearly not his strength.
She is a Karen
Dude is super tall. Geez!
He got to be pushing 6’ 8”, just based on how high above the table his waist looks to be. He’s a big man!
@ImOnAJourney I won't be surprised if he's close to 7 ft.
Could the plaintiff be super short?
Looks like he could use a trim. 🌲
@@themirrorsofmymind
She is sitting on a chair I think. I wasn’t comparing him to her, I was comparing him to the table. The top of it is 36”/3’ off the floor. He’s at least 6’ 8”, and probably more.
Yeah......somebody he knows is breaking into his house. It ain't because of those hedges sir.
That's what I thought, if it was because of the hedge her house would have been broken into as well. Plus 3 times is very suspicious, or he really is just that unlucky, but I suspect he upset some people.
Why did the defendant's (I'm guessing that's his wife) look at him like "I told your dumb a**!” 😂
He doesn't know what trimming means...
Happy weekend me fellow judge Judy crew. Hope you all have a blessed & cool wkend 🙏🙏.
Hey, You too!
👋 I hope you have the same!
He has bad attitude
So ridiculous I hope the plaintiff wins
Defendants wife gave him a look 👀
She’s M A D at him!
You can only cut what’s growing over the property line. If there is overgrowth, you can cut it without permission. If the shrub or tree is on someone else’s property, you can’t touch it.
Saturday crew checking in! Where are you watching from?
I’m Irish, watching from Vancouver, Canada. 🇮🇪 🇨🇦

The plaintiffs witness is ready to pop
“Trim”…? No… SCALPED…!
His witness looked at him at the end like ''We losing this case''
Has no one heard of property lines.🤷♀️ I called code...
3rd break-in??
Twice? Once is usually enough.
The defendant looks a lot like Antonio Mcdyess.
Yeah it's kinda schetchy if he's always getting broken into....
How desperate would have to be, to trim her hedges?
Wow as If there isn't other things to talk over. A hedge lol😅
You cannot cut down other people's trees. Cutting from 18' to 3 - 4 ft. Cameras and lights would work better.
The house is blurred on streetview, but she has moved since.
His home was broken into 3 or 4 times!? Pfffft
Trim and cut are total different meaning!
Talk about a euphemism.
Why can’t we just get the full civil court video?
Part Two?
did he sing with Yes?
He just wanted to trim the hedges down to the same height as the plaintiff.
It didn’t look good in either picture
Poor Lady.
Be careful who you live next to.
Are you seriously suing your neighbor over cutting a fucking bush????
It's a PRIVACY HEDGE. It was planted to provide privacy from the neighbors and he cut it to 3 feet tall. Damn straight she's suing.
Very arrogant defendant and a very stupid one at that. Plus, he's being burglarized has nothing to do with her trees
Second place, damn
Loving each other isn't just a will of Jesus Christ, it's a commandment!
Jesus loves all
🙋🏻Hello! Yes, He sure does!
You will get fined if you don’t trim your bushes, and keep your yard cut and clean… money 💰!!!!
i want to sue
caused me to light my hair on fire, lose my track awards pain
bad bad bad.
that whole yard looks like crap
No ! No! 😊
I mean the shit will grow back! Get over it !
His logic is acceptable. He was protecting his home. Although he was too aggressive in how much he cut, I understand his pain of being robbed.
Maybe he should buy a house alarm instead of bullying an old lady
@@tillyt4054
She never complained about being bullied. She says relationship was fine. She definitely would have included that in her case if it was true. She said everything else.
It has NOTHING to do with her hedges 🙄
@@Julie-sl8ul
I think you’re exactly right. The Civil War will never be over, will it?
If the house was being targeted just because of the high hedge then her house would have been broken into as well.
Who does he think he is?
😂😂😂
Hey hey ❤
👋
🙋🏻Hello!
Howdy howdy 🤠🤠
This is one of those rare cases where I don't think either litigant is bad, it was just a misunderstanding that could've been resolved outside of court.
❤❤❤
this is why you don't let your "customers" know where you live. then they won't break in looking for your stash.
You gone way too far 😢
AVP 👽
I.bet / ... almost at Princeton"/.... We'll see / call then
Waiting for someone to comment on the Benoit name 🫣
His house was broken 2 times. What options he had if the plaintiff did not take any measures to secure his home.
It's not up to the plaintiff to secure his home. His option was to install motion detector lights, a camera - even a doorbell camera. If this was just due to the hedge then her house would have been targeted as well. It's widely known that you can't cut down somebody else's trees or hedge just because you don't like them, it's illegal.
Wow look at their height difference
She was sitting on a stool but even so there would still be a pretty big difference.
Benoit ... balls
I don’t like how Byrd looks at the evidence. That is not his place he doesn’t have anything to do with deciding the case.
Forget the tree. The defendant is just an aggressive A-Hole. He's the type of person that'll always have problems with everybody.
Yep. Can’t get along with anyone because he’s too busy being unreasonable all the time.
Probably somebody he upset targeting his house as the privacy hedge hasn't caused her home to be broken into.
He is allowed by law to trim what's on his side ❤
Judge judy recently went maga reeeeeeeeeeee
Why is he wearing rags to court?!
Because his Armani threads were stolen out of his closet
What about his clothes looks like rags? Looks like what a lot of men wear. I've definitely seen worse on this show.
I knew that guy was a criminal the moment I saw the thumbnail...
How ? What indicators lead you to that form a thumbnail.
@@taylorhaze8651 13/65
@taylorhaze8651 The obvious, of course...
@@e.d.h.5605
🙄
She seems like could be racist, but either way I feel really bad for the defendant that he has to live next door to her 😞
They lived in peace for the majority of 17 years but you go on looking for a boogey man under every rock. Better to crawl under the rock than to start throwing out stupidity.
howso? just because she's white?
She lived next to him for 17 years. Not bad for a "racist". Throwing the "racist" card around, geez.
Just because a white person and a black person are having a dispute doesn't mean that racism is involved. Get rid of that racist mindset
If I had to live next to a criminal like that guy, I certainly would be!!!
MORONIC excuse.
The woman that goes by the name Queen Taylor committed murder.
