It's my first time purchasing a package with NameHero. I am feeling optimistic about the future of our new little blog. Thank you for this comprehensive tutorial! ^^
Hello, I'm following this tutorial and had to submit a ticket at timestamp 40:26. I am unable to log in to my wp admin cause the site doesn't load. The main site loaded originally with the folder /directory page but after installing WordPress it looks weird and displays 0.90 10 days 05:57:09. I have submitted a ticket so we'll see.
I hope our team was able to get this resolved quickly for you! Just off the top of my head, I would assume some of the PHP limits needed to be modified for the theme. Let me know if I can help!
Thank you, Ryan, for all this wonderful information, it's very helping. I've just purchased 3-year web hosting with you, and I am very happy I've found you. Cheers! - Just one question: Now I see that in your video from 2019 you recommend some security plugins that are not in this video, like Loginizer and Worldfence Security. So should we install them or is something like Loginizer already a part of NameHero Wordpress installation pack? Thank you!
Great to hear! Welcome aboard! By default, we have software installed on a server level that now handles the job of Loginizer and WordFence. However, I still like Wordfence, especially for their 2 factor auth login feature.
Hi, I am a namehero wordpress user. I want to customize my website and hired a developer. That developer directly asking my WP username and Password. Should I give him this way? Or there have another way? How can I give him access to my site without having risk?
I wouldn't give him access to your live website. I'd setup a separate staging area and then create him an unique login. To generate the staging area, please follow this tutorial: www.namehero.com/startup/how-to-create-a-wordpress-staging-environment-with-1-click-push-to-live/
Your video saved my life today (figuratively of course). I ran into some problems with installing WordPress, but your team came to my rescue. Thank you so so much!!
HostGator used to be an awesome company. However in 2012, Brent sold to EIG, and their customer service seemed to take a steep decline. You can compare here: www.namehero.com/startup/namehero-vs-hostgator-offers-best-reseller-account/
Sir - I have purchased namehero subscription just a few mins ago. Can you please suggest me - how to start with. I am new to this blogging world. I didn't find any instagram or FB page where I can directly have a conversation with you
I really enjoy your videos. I would like to ask if when a person buys a package is it recommended to add a blog via whmcs knowledgebase as category or using another cms such as wordpress? Where can I add a blog section/url? Thanks
Assuming this is per month, I would go with our Enhanced or Enterprise Dedicated Cloud: www.namehero.com/cloud-dedicated.php. If this is per day, I would go with 2 Enterprise Cloud Dedicated's and use one of the database, the other for your files. Additionally, we could do a custom solution where we load balance between multiple nodes and have a HA database option. Contact sales@namehero.com for a custom quote.
We have many happy customers in AU! Nowadays with CDN's / Caching - there is minimal impact on server location vs. visitor location in terms of http(s) traffic. There maybe increased latency on FTP upload(s) - but as I tell everyone - it's best to test not guess as every website is unique. Let me know if i can help further!

How much RAM and CPU this is shared shit host?
See RAM per package here: www.namehero.com/web-hosting.php. We are not a "shit host" I promise ;)

I like WordPress for blogging, WHMCS knowledgebase for helpful tutorials. I recommend installing them in separate locations (i.e. one on a subdomain).
@@NameHero thank you so much. I would like to start with Gold package I appreciate your guidance and valuable tutorials

Hi,
If I use Namehero to host an Australian website (traffic will be mainly from Australia), will the site be fast and responsive?

Thank you so much for making these videos!
You're most welcome!
