Gil Evans used to own the jazzy version of this. I have fallen hard for this version of my absolute favourite song. This song can be interpreted anyway and means everything to all musicians. Hard to tame, hard to mess up, hard to own, the ultimate challenge. Gosh, I love this version. I love how it morphs between styles.
